Objective is to gain a high level insight in the client's current processes in order to support a better understanding of the client's business and to project the engagement on the client's high-level processes. The use of a Value Chain (VC) or a Global Process Scheme (GPS) is depending on detail needed for scope. If only a part the business is in scope a GPS can be used.
